Engine noise - replace fan belt

First, use a wrench to remove the protective cover of the fan blade, remove the compressor belt cover, loosen the locking nut of the tensioner, loosen the tensioning screw to the loosest state, and then remove the air conditioner belt.

Loosen the lock nut of the generator, loosen the tensioning screw to the loosest state, and adjust the position of the generator.

Pass the fan belt around the fan blades, remove the old fan belt, and compare the old and new fan belts to make sure the model is the same.

Pass the new fan belt around the fan blade and install it on the corresponding pulley. Use a wrench to turn the tensioning screw of the generator clockwise to adjust the tension of the belt to the specified value.

Press the belt with a force of 10 kg, the deformation is about one centimeter, and then tighten the locking screw of the generator to adjust the tension of the belt to the specified value.

Same as above, install the fan blade shield, compressor belt shield, and finally carry out a test run and troubleshoot.
